I approach health and fitness through the lens of accountability and consistency. What I mean by this is that often times we limit ourselves because we are fearful or uncomfortable to take action, so I teach my clients to build positive habits and overcome their fear through my slogan of "it's just the bar". That means that progress isn't made overnight, but we don't shy away from the challenge either! My authenticity and passion is what drives me to help impact everyone I come in contact with.
Online coaching provides me the opportunity to create connection with so many more people to reach their goals. It provides my clients the chance to skip over the initial trials and errors as a beginner to achieve dream physiques with my guidance as someone who has walked in their shoes.
